DLC problem

my DLC is having problems. my songs like 3's & 7's and ...and Justice for all don't work. i deleted and redownloaded. is it because i changed my name today. i can't just pass the song and just not play it because if i pass the song it brings me to the damn main meun. help me please i not going to spend my money for nothing.

I can't quite understand what you're trying to say. Could you word it a little more clearly?

Possibility: songs only work if you're using the console you were using when they were purchased OR if you're connected to LIVE with the gamertag that purchased them. So for example if you go to a friend's house, put your harddrive on his console, buy them there, and then go back home and expect anything to happen, you're basically screwed.

Are you getting an error message? something along the lines of " The data you were trying to access has become unavailable.... yada yada yada...."
and then it takes you back to the main menu?

If so theres a thread in the tech support forum where a user(sorry forgot who) mentioned just clearing your cache. I had that problem and clearing my cache worked just great.

It might also help to tell us what system you have. Clarity is important.

The DLC is tied to that profile even if you spend the 800 MS points to change it. Maybe ring up Microsoft and see if they can do anything because i had this problem with something else.
