Wow, now its a fight haha. I could understand if I said Rap Musicians how you would say that, but I think punk sometimes take quite a bit of skill since it can be erratic. I like it, so I'm stuck with it :P

Haha, I dream of ever being able to do half. I'm working on getting Lay down by Priestess down, just can do the 7-5-7 on the E fast enough without it sounding terrible (nobody has to say it, I know I'm terrible).

Yeah well I wouldn't go buy it. I had some big purple picks with an indentation in the middle of them and those worked until I lost them. Now I'm back to little cheap skinny ones.

This is what I had:
http://img3.musiciansfriend.com/dbase/pics/products/regular/3/9/8/367398.jpg
Description:
Contoured for smooth release, these guitar picks provide an extremely positive attack for super-fast licks. Manufactured from Lexan, providing great strength and durability. Powerful gripping surface for easier handling. Pack of 2 dozen.
I had just found them at my local guitar store and couldn't choose so that's what I got...

Of course, I use the blue (Heavy) and purple (extra heavy) fender picks.

I can't play thick picks. I fumble around when individually picking strings or if I'm strumming REALLY fast (which I tend to do especially on improv).

Bakkster that's beautiful.

I hate picks that bend. Of course, I play bass and prefer thicker strings, so I feel like anything less than 1mm will break.

And yeah, cymbal brass picks are nuts.

My 1.5 does me good for rhythm or bass (though I'm trying to get used to fingering).

On lead though, again when I know I will picking individual strings more often than not, my cheap ass .75s are perfect.

I am buying some brass picks now.
