It might be a perfect band if the lead guitarist could reproduce any of his riffs.

oh snap!

No thanks. I don't mind this band being in Guitar Hero 3 (I'm really actually looking forward to playing it) because it fits much better. They just aren't the type of band that would fit really well into Rock Band.

Dragonforce is overrated. The whole power metal fantasy ride my dragon type of music is annoying.

On most songs, the drum parts are pretty boring because they're the same pad over and over, but Trail of Broken Hearts has some really nice drum fills and has guitar that's a bit easier than most of their stuff but still a challenge for all but the top 1% of GH players.

Their singer is still annoyingly flat, but I'd like to see ToBH as a bonus song.

ARRRG!!!!How many more times is a dragonforce thread going to pop up. and since when is guitar and drums all that matters. BASS MATTERS! Stop with the dragonforce threads. It's getting me so mad:mad:  Dragonforce=no bassist 2/3s of a song guitar solos. Dragonforce isnt even that good. All they do is tap. Lets just set are guitar on a table and play it like a keyboard durrrr. im dumb. NO DRAGONFORCE!!! EVER!!!

well theres always a fast rhythm part behind the solos. so u can have the basist play that. also some parts of the solos are harmonized by both guitarists so the bass and guitarist can play the solo. so its not like bass will have nothing to do.

Uh, DragonForce does have a bassist. His name is Frédéric Leclercq. Also, go to hell.

Power Metal isn't a trend, it's been around since the 80's. It's not going anywhere douchebags.

Here is a few reasons why dragonforce should be on rock band
1.The guitar is impossible for people who have a life( like me i failed through the fire and flames 1% into the song on GH3)
2. The drumming is awesome
3. Rhythm guitar is actually kind of possible for people ewho have a life ( unlike that kid who was on Ellen i mean how the **** do you do that, and i neeed to say something else it's a qoute i made up. people who have a life play video games, people who don't have a life play video games until they hit every single note on the hardest song on expert!!)
Some songs that shuld b on there is
Fury of the storm and thorugh the fire and flames

(For all those people who can hit every single note on expert, i know a kid who plays expert with 3 fingers and he would probly beat you ass down to the ground until you disinigrate, with three fingers)

Personally, I wouldn't want to see Dragonforce as DLC. For one, I can't see the guitars charting out in a fun way. The majority of the song seems like just a bunch of tremelo and power chords, but the strumming pattern doesn't seem like it'd be too hard to get down (unlike stuff like "Thrasher"). The solos might chart out alright, but I don't think Dragonforce would be nearly as difficult as people imagine they'd be. Unless they charted the keyboards, which wouldn't make much since since there are guitars throughout pretty much all of the songs. I wouldn't really care if it was released, but I'm not for it.

Also, on a side note, I really hate that Dragonforce pretty much enforces every negative power metal stereotype.

Why did you bump this 6 month old thread? There is plenty of Dragon Force discussion in more recent threads.

What this guy said, for truth.

For what it's worth -- and this didn't really dawn on me until was browsing topic titles -- Dragon Force has to be one the most homosexual, generic band names I've ever heard. I know there's likely worse, but wow. Pure opinion here, but at least their music lives up to their name.

Lawl. Well, at least they've got the balls to name themselves something "unique". [Not what I would have gone with, but that's alright]. Dragon Force makes me think of Power Rangers or something equally childish.

Sorry I didn't actually contribute, since I don't [usually] wander from thread to thread, flaming bands. That being said, I don't think Dragon Force would be a horrible addition to the game? Do I want to see them in RB? Meh. Would I purchase their DLC? Unlikely. But as long as the note-chart isn't impossible for the sake of being "THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE", I have no issues against it.
