I RMA'd my Faulty Wireless Guitar (Does not sync)

So in the EA Support section, it's status is in "Parts Shipped" and it is last updated on 4/14/08.

It is a standard return, not express. I got their box and shipped it to them a few days later after the aforementioned date. It is now the 26th of may, and still no guitar arrived from them. What should I do?

What day of the week was it when you shipped it? If it was on a weekend or Friday then you may have to factor in those days, plus today's holiday in the USA adds an extra day.

When you think about it, it should take a few weeks.. considering that you have to ship the part, they have to receive it, verify it, and then send out your part in return.

Should come any day now :)

P.S. - What part of the world are you in?

It has been a few weeks, I sure hope your right.
