What do you guys think will happen/want to see with the second one? Do you think they're will update some of the issues, maybe add a new instrument (synth/keyboard/piano/rock organ might work), or will they just bigger and harder songs (like Guitar Hero did). Some other stuff I'd like to see is the setlist selection screen be less of a pain to navigate. I would also like to see a revision of the drum Kick pedal (I'm on my 4th pedal now). Theres few more things but I'll cut this short. So what does everyone else want to see in Rock Band 2 (if there is one)?

A damn online world tour, im sick to the teeth of failing coz of nooby mates .
all the good players i know are xbox live mates . hmx lost customers the day activision announced they are doing an online world tour and battle of the bands. wake up hmx and give some god damn attention to the customers which parted with hundreds for this game.

Let me say three Things:
1.) Rock Band World Tour Career Mode for Xbox Live Online play
2.) all the Songs from Guitar Hero 1 and 2 (except these who are already available for RB)
3.) All the DLC needs to be compatible with RB2!

Yes I agree all Rock Band DLC being compatible for Rock Band 2 is a MUST.

Right here we go. Theres a hundred threads already opened about this. I want online band world tour, solo bass tour, DLC compatability and most of all for the PS3 improved online connectivity (I was trying to play with a friend last night and we spent about an hour just trying to connect) That is all.

I'd like the WTC Online too
A Band duel(just like GHIV :p)
And new optional cymbals(at least 2: hi hat and crash) for the drumset to make it closer to a real drumset(and that way I would not have to buy GHIV and maybe sell RB(my home's small :()
Edit: Oh and Rockband song compatibility(like Singstar Games for example with switch disc option) and RB DLC compatibility with RB2 available

Obviously all the DLC should be compatible, but what about tracks on the disc for RB1 itself? Maybe some option to import ones that you select, from the disc onto the HD? Dunno if that would be possible but I assume it would be?

Rock Band 2 would need a few things before I'd even consider buying it.
1) All my instruments would have to be compatible (which they most likely would). I will not buy a Rock Band 2 Special Edition (unless my current instruments crap out).
2) My custom characters would have to cross over
3) All DLC and on-disc songs would have to cross over
4) Solo world tour mode (I don't have a band, and I would like to get into the Hall Of Fame)
5) Upgraded on-line play
If Rock Band 2 had all that, I would spend $60 for the game disc.
