View Full Version : Does it usually take this long?

I had contacted EA earlier this month about a faulty guitar and drum kit. I received the boxes on the 7th, and shipped them out on the 8th. The guitar made it to my house on the 19th, the drums however have not. I'm just wondering if it's usual that it takes this long for the drums to be shipped back.
