Personally, I think helmet would be great as dlc for rock band. They are a metal-ish band that doesn't have a whole lot of screaming, with a good drummer that doesn't use double bass. here's a few links to some of their music.

I'm not expecting everyone to like them, but I am kinda surprised that nobody suggested them yet on this forum (other than a few people saying Unsung would be good for this game).
