Guitar Hero + Drums = possible?

Well, I will be getting sent the drums before the game so I had an idea of trying to use the RB drums for guitar hero. It will probably be really hard but anyone know if this will be possible?

I am thinking it wont be possible due to the lack of strumbar but anyone tried it?

I'm sorry. :( You could always buy a standalone guitar.. and that way will have two for when friends come over.

I have 3 guitars from Guitar Hero. Play.com got the game order and drum kit order at the same time, but have sent the drums out first. So they will arrive, before the game does xD

I could hook the drums up to my laptop though and play one of the mods that a few guys have made on the internet though.

Couldn't you just use your Guitar Hero controllers then?

I dont have the game the drum kit will come first, but Solus will come a few days later.

I needed something to keep me occupied so I thought I could warm my drum kit up by playing GH.

after playing the GH series and heard that Rock Band is now released in the UK i had to get it, for the drums mainly.
As the future for RB looks brighter than GH's, RB looks like its gonna make its own series
