I'll say Ganon/Ganondorf, I never get tired of fighting him in each Legend of Zelda, and hes really bad ass and cool. Not to mention pure evil :D

Why? No boring monologues, no hiding behind disposable henchmen. He just shows up and kicks your ass all over the place.

Oh, and he also kills other zombies indiscriminately when they get between him and his prey. Best VG villain ever, IMO.

True. He looks cool, but as a character, he is a pretty standard moustache-twirling evil villain. He was probably more interesting before he went cuckoo.

Well, I'm not sure if I'd call Big Boss a villain. He has certain reasons for building Outer Heaven (most likely to go up against the Patriots) and doing the things that he does.

Kefka is so much more awesome than Sephiroth. Kefka had character and Sephiroth was just the most cliche villain ever.

Although, for number one villain, I'm going to have to say... Majora's Mask. He's the only bad guy who only takes three days to conquer the world.

But alas, he is also a mite over-rated. Probably the best pick out of those 3, but he's always hiding in the shadows (or behind henchmen/hench-zombies), which makes for a pretty boring villain.

Dunno about anyone else but I have to say the Kingdom Hearts cameo was no pushover.

My levels were maxed out with everything and I had the Ultima keyblade and it still took me a day.

Dude show me a villain in this thread who wins. Really the villain always gets shafted. It's the fight they put up.

Sephiroth ain't the best but he's legend for a reason. You can't compare him by our common standards. It's kind of unfair.

I would say Kefka is better than than Sephiroth if it wasn't for Kefka coming around as a total drag queen. Kefka is way more villainous and evil than Sephiroth...but that drag queen thing... ouch. Maybe if it was Divine from all the John Waters movies I would look past it.

I'd also like to throw Ridley into the fight. He's an awesome character. He never seems to die and controls an entire space pirate brigade.

But he's not really a villain, just an antagonist with an arrogant streak, not really evil.

Out of the villains in Phoenix Wright, my favorites are Redd White (I was intimated by his giantesque vocabulary), Manfred von Karma, and Ini Miney.
