1990 - Best Rock Album - SUGAR - Copper Blue - a masterpiece, non-stop rock.
2000 - Best Rock Album - Big Head Todd & The Monsters - Riviera - again a masterpiece of just straighforward rock.
Both of these need to be considered for DLC in the future. Every instrument gets a nice workout. What can I say it would be fun stuff to play.
Do you agree? Tell me what you think.

I don't think that I would download either album but they are definitely interesting choices. I'd possibly download a song or two off of Copper Blue...
1990's - Alice In Chains- Dirt
2000's - Muse- Black Holes and Revelations

My personal choices?
90's: "Ten"- Pearl Jam. Sure, someone else mentioned it already, but that just goes to show you how great it is, it's easily my second favorite album of all time.
2000's: "Origin of Symmetry"- Muse. I would have went with Absolution, but tracks like Butterflies and Hurricanes wouldn't translate well...still, every Muse album is masterful...I would have went with "Black Holes and Revelations" but again, someone mentioned that one as well.

'90s - Radiohead - OK Computer
'00s - Muse - Origin of Symmetry
I agree 100%.
00's Radio Head Kid A?
As much as I like this album, it's got virtually no playable guitar, so it wouldn't work so well.

90's (What's the Story) Morning Glory - Oasis: one of the greatest albums of that decade
00's Take Off Your Pants and Jacket - Blink-182: arguably there best album, has more substance then enema of the state, great album
I'm not sayin enema of the state is a bad album, but listen to it then listen to take off your pants and jacket, and compare the two, take off is much more complex and has deeper subject matter
