thats from Jimmy's official site. it mentions the rock band tailgating stuff, mentioned in another thread, will be starting off in atlanta. Also for everyone that cries that xbox360 is the system used for all events, the shark cart is going to have a 40 inch hdtv and a ps3

the controller is a custom made peavy ( the same comp. selling the real gutted guitars, turned 400 dollar rock band controller) on the cart.

its a nice guess, but im going to go out on a limb and say theres not really anything backing that up either way.... I could simply say the same thing about the ps3 and any electronics out there...

how many people have any systems they keep outside on a parking lot, im pretty sure thats not something ps3 concentrated on. Guys the 360 is out, we need to make a system to sit outside all day....

also the fact that the majority of 360's are light colors and the ps3 is black, id imagine that would have a bigger impact that anything else...

I'm just speaking from experience. I'm on my 3rd 360, the other 2 died after extended playing times.

But, yeah, you're right about the color thing and electronics in general. Plus, with the cash that JB has, either system is probably as disposable as tissues for him.

nah I hear you, i've got both system but I just don't see one over the other in presentations and stuff, but 360 gets chosen by default, so I was happy to see the ps3 kids get soemthing.

but yeah jimmy is a great business man more than anything else. He's turned so many profits from eateries, concerts, books, music sales, food products, landshark lager, margaritaville tequila, margaritaville margarita makers and god knows what else he could probably throw down with warren buffett. (heck atlantic city is now getting a margaritaville casino! :eek: ) i'll bet anything jimmy isn't losing a cent on this promotion.
