UK release needs UK songs!

Now the UK version is out there, we need some UK songs. And proper, mainstream, everyone's heard them before loads of times songs to boot!

I don't necessarily think these are the pinnacle of UK music, (in fact I think some of them are total crap) but they would all be awesome fun to play in Rock Band.

Arctic Monkeys - Bet you look good on the Dancefloor

(I cannot describe how strongly I think you need this song in the game. It's the absolute essence of the RB experience, in three minutes of music)

Kaiser Chiefs - I predict a Riot
Blur - Song 2
Teenage Kicks - Undertones

I think the Arctic Monkeys could/should warrant a DLC 3-pack all by themselves. I wonder if Harmonix is trying to get the AM's in the game, but their label or whomever is not "playing ball" with them. I'm sure Harmonix recognizes how well the AM's would work in the game, but there may be some issues in trying to secure their licenses.

Yeah I'm in the UK but have an imported Rock Band set (PS3) and would love some more UK bands to get in the game but they'd have to be released as DLC in the US too so I could get em.
We need some new bands like the Arctic Monkeys but I for one would love some classics like The Smiths, Joy Division e.t.c.

well we should be getting maximo park next week so maybe they will do a british pack. We can but hope. Arctic monkeys would be great fun to play in rock band. Ive been thinking hard as to which song would be best and i cant decide although i think ive narrowed it down to A Certain Romance (the intro alone would be awesome) brianstorm or view from the afternoon

Radiohead, Iron Maiden, Rolling Stones, The Clash, The Who, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, The Police, David Bowie, T.Rex, Oasis, Blur, Muse, Sweet......

Every time I listen to The Hard Way by The Wildhearts I think how much fun that would be to play on Rock Band. The dynamics of the song, the great drumming, all those kick ass riffs and a great opportunity for the singer to really cut loose. That's the UK band I want to see in RB the most. Any of their songs, really. BUt as they never cracked the US it's probably not going to happen.

Cant Forget the stone roses. Although Fools Gold being the most well known might be a tad too easy even in light of Tony Mccarroll's awful drumming on Live Forever. And since some other game put in She bangs the drums that's outta the question. :\
