Posted this on Yahoo Answers, no one seems interested in it, so if anyone either 1) knows a better website to post this on or 2) can actually answer it, I'll thank thee much :P

I have a BT Home Hub and am typing this from the main computer attached to it via ethernet connection. But, my laptop, which has been working well with the hub since February of this year, the wireless started to act unusually. Sometimes it wouldn't come up on the search - that appears to have gone now but now if I use the BT Wireless Connection Manager it says "unable to connect using [router name]". The wireless key I double-checked - working fine as always.

I used the Windows Wireless Connection Manager and it, slowly, connected to it, I went on a few websites, loading VERY slowly, and within a few minutes the connection had gone.

Its not near a microwave or whatever - it is sitting next to a Wireless Wii and the problems appeared around the time I disconnected the Wii during a download - coincidence? My connection is fine - I rarely use the laptop more than a few metres away, and there's no walls in the way.

Any help would be nice, thx.

Lol, just posting "its working fine at the moment, but plz look into it" then it quickly disconnects and reconnects within seconds. Its just plain annoying. Plz, if you can find out more, tell me, and if this thread goes dead PM me I could really do with the help thx a lot dude.

BTW: when it does work its REALLY slow... 2mb? Yh right, more like 28k...
