GH3: Is it true?

Soz, two questions, quick succession, but my mate was saying "GH3 has Wii in the UK out 21 days earlier than other versions". Also, he said it had Wii Online, which I doubted, but I don't know, does anyone else know?

BTW: Yeah, back into Guitar Hero - realised guitar and GH are completely different things and its fine to have both :p

In regards to the release date all I see for Europe is "October 28" the release date in the US or "October 2007" but if it was 21 days before everywhere else that would be the 7th and it would have been out for almost a week now, so I'm sure you would have ran into it. I think he's lying or wishing really optimistically.


Wii will have online play for GH3. I'm not so sure about DLC, because I don't know if the Wii has a hard drive, or how big it is, but I'm sure you know about it.

The Wii has online, GH3 on the Wii has online, Friend codes aren't needed for random matches, DLC to come in the future.
I don't think Wii players will cry over the lame repacks of GH1 and GH2 songs as DLC, IMO.

The release date is the same for all platforms here, not sure about the UK but yea we'd be seeing full game impressions from the bazillion Wii owners in the UK if it was really already out.
