I haven't received my code from pre-ordering the Disturbed album. It says the order is completed and shipped on 5/29. I have yet to receive an email with the code. Please help, thanks.

I'm with you too....I got my CD yesterday but still no code! wtf!? I'm calling Best Buy after work to see whats up. Good thing I don't have my xbox or I'd be really pissed lol

I got my code the day I pre-ordered, like a few weeks ago. It wouldnt let me use it till today though. Check your old email, and SPAM mail from back when you pre-ordered.

I had the same problem.....I ordered it the day after it was announced they were doing it and then I never got a code....So i called up and cancelled my order and then re ordered it and got the code in seconds.
