Well,I wont go through the boring stuff like, well, the boring stuff. We got there and I find out I made Fabio a legend, and got him in trouble. To make this clear,FABIO DID NOT SAY THAT LED ZEPPELIN WILL BE IN THE GAME.Sorry bout that, enough ammo for you guys,for..not too mention any names.? Haha, soo anywho,I guess I made Fabio a legend, spelled FABIO not two b's. And Im now known by the tour crew as "Emo_Reaper,the guy who made Fabio a legend." Supposedly people were goin to th tours to see legend or somethin? Me and my band are supposed to be in the Cleveland Road Blog,so that should be fun.Eric or Erik, snapped alot of shots of me and the band on stage. We got more videos and photos this time.FEAST YOUR EYESon what I dont have...YETAs I said in a blog,we had a Battle of the Bands with the tour crew. WE played Dani California, all on expert except singer,he was hard or medium. We got like 517,314 or something,.I said it wrong in the blog.So then they go up and play and just...RAPE US,because they were on hard, which is a piece of cake for us.Fabio called us "Gutsy" haha. So they're about finished with the song, and they're up in the 800-900,00's by then and... Fabio dropped a stick! So then they all went downhill and failed. So I guess technically we won? Either way I think we're playing them again tomorrow. They were parked right outside of this Big mall, and by the entrance to the food court,so after along time we went and got some munchies. Stir Fry-2 Item Combo,Bourbon Chicken,General Tso's chcken, and Rice. With a soy sauce pack with a cute little panda on it! lol.

My friends all had to be little biothces and not play the differant modes, even though they're nothing special. I will get more pictures and videos up. After today, the tour crew is officially THE COOLEST GUYS EVER! It was tons of fun. They read what I post.GO ME! Again, ask away!

Another thing. Remember the post about how the one guitar could only strum when on bass or whatever? Well now that happened to almost EVERY SINGLE GUITAR IN THE BUS. It seems like the down strumming just doesnt work like it should. LAME SAUCE!

I have heard the strum bars are going through tough times. God I hope this doesn't become an issue.

X-Plorer and Les Paul got crappy whammy bars and now reports of crappy strumming on the Strat. The next-gen guitars can't get a break.

yea because people fricken whale on the bars! my neighbobr does that and im like dude settle down ur gonna break the guitar! so my thinking is so many people have used the guitars on the RB tour and some may be strummin to hard it starts to take a toll on the strats so my suggestion is.. dont strum so hard.

They should be built so people can wail on them!! I've wailed on my SG for a year now and it works great still! But the whammy spring is busted....

My X-Plorer is the defective sort (damn whammy) but otherwise my SG and Flying V work fine after one year and countless parties.

I keep hearing the X-Plorer whammy is defective. First, there was the supposed unresponsiveness, and then I started to realize the bar is also very loose and will fall out its position and onto your hand while you are strumming. So I figure that's the defect everyone is talking about....

But yeah, I fixed the loose bar issue by applying a few layers of liquid super glue to the joint between the bar and the pivoting pad. It's not to lock the bar into position, but rather to give the bar some friction when it spins in the pad, making it less likely to fall onto your hand.

I play with the whammy pointing away from me so the looseness doesn't bug me. It is loose though.

Try the super glue. Unless that is your preferred way of playing now.

Always has been! :D

The whammy in my hand gets in my way. My lil' bro will appreciate the advice though.

I got GHII when it first came out, the whammy was really unresponsive but it felt great. About a week later or so an update came up on live and the whammy worked like it did in GHI. I still have that same guitar and the only thing wrong with the whammy is it's a little worn, so it kinda points downward eventually. As far as the "resistance" when i go to whammy, it still feels great. So all of this "defective" hardware either means some people abuse their controllers way too much, or i'm just really lucky and got one of the good controllers.

Like I said before, don't worry about the strumming on the strat. More than likely there are a lot of "*******s" out there that just mash the hell out of the strum bar when the tour guys aren't looking. Or they just press too hard without realizing it considering it doesn't do the -clicking- (Or so I've heard). Basically, if you want a good example. Go find a GHII or GHIII demo stand at a Gamestop or Wal-Mart and look at the whammy, hell even look at the normal controllers on display. They go through hell and back, So I'm pretty sure the strumming on the strat won't be an issue unless you like to abuse your controllers.

I've been bashing the crap outta my strum bar on my black and white SG for over a year now and it still works like new, haven't had any problems. It's gotten both my brother and I through multiple career's on GH1 and 2 and its the only guitar we have, plus the hours upon hours of free play and drunken parties.

I would expect the RB guitars to be just as good in quality, or better.

Same here, my SGs and my converted X-plorer still have perfect strum bars. When I was on the Tour I didn't have any problems with the Strat strum bar backstage, however, when I got up on the main stage, the downstrumming barely worked at all. Was kind of embarrassing when I was trying to play. I still managed though.

Hopefully this won't be an issue with the retail Strats.

Yea,The strum bars wouldnt work when you strummed down, and when you strummed up,they stuck. Soo my friends had to end up using the D-Pad. And today at the tour,MTV recorded us,and interviewed us :D
