Create a Rocker & Online were somewhat confirmed. Read this.

It was off a real description released from Harmonix.
That Rhode Island thing also somewhat confirms International Play. ;)

uhhh dude, i hope you realize how completly redundant that entire post was considering it was allready brought up by Harmonix itself.

NO U.
Harmonix never said Create a Character was confirmed until this point.
Online was just because everytime they are asked they say "No Comment" or something to that effect.

and for good reason, cause gamers as a whole like to assume that whenever someone says "this is what were trying to do" they think "this is going to be in the game". Kotaku is pretty good at pulling pages of confirmed announcements and reports but leaving up things that are only rumors. as far as actual news reporting (i.e. crediting sources and using actual facts) we as a group suck at it.
