"hey" (as in, when getting the crowd to clap in time)
"SCREAM FOR ME 'INSERT PLACENAME'" (a la Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden)

A lot of its going to be circumstantial, some songs will be different......singing "yeah" its not really going to go along with some songs.

I like to stay in the context of the song so I'll probably just freestyle it on the spot and say whatever feels right. That could be bad for the band mates depending on the situation and song...

Since when did Ozzy sing Shock The Monkey?

Coal chamber covered it on their second album and ozzy came in and did vocals on it. It was god awful just like that album. but I still get ozzy singing it in my head from time to time.

"I GOT BLISTERS ON MAH FINGERS!"

Do you mind if i steal your Family Guy reference when I play Enter Sandman? Seeing as i'm gonna try and double vocals and guitar, it would be perfect, but i swear I'll only use it then...or any other song i figure out i can double up on :p

quick question. If you talk into the mic when there isnt any vocals during the song, are you going to get penalized as if you strummed the guitar when there werent any notes? It would be nice if the singer had freedom like they really would on stage...

Did you seriously just call that a Family Guy reference? First of all, just about everything on that show is funny BECAUSE it references something else. This just so happens to reference the Beatles. You know, Helter Skelter.

Sad day for pop culture...
