Anyone else plan to get their Royal Rainbow on today? I'm picking it up shortly after work and playing, well, basically non-stop tonight :D

Also, it seems the achievements are worth 1,250GP and the game is only $40. Good for the Gamer Score whore in everyone!

I loved the first two installments, and plan on picking this one up in a month or two, or I might just rent it.

I didn't know this game came out today; thanks, I've picked it up on lunch. I don't plan on playing it too much... this is for my girlfriend, but I'll check it out. It's just so weird and Japanese at times, and that stuff grates on me now since that was my major in college and I lived there for a semester. Sometimes it's just too much for me to handle.

I played the demo for a little bit. It's entertaining enough... it's just so weird...

It has a very odd feel to it sometimes. It takes you down to the most basic movements and your fingers don't move from the joysticks. It puts you in a trance sometimes, since there's nothing to distract you.

But yes, it is wierd and kitsch. That's what makes it so fun, though :D

I only played the first one but wow did they do a great job w/ the time limits in the game...always had me thinking if I just tried the level one more time I'd break thru to the next size level or whatever ya call it. Not everyone considers this a puzzler but i did and it was the most fun I've had w/ that genre hands down. Gotta say I was disappointed to see that apparently nothing has been done to make this a next gen title...looks like more of the same which i can get on my ps2
