Well I said I was going to quit because of bad peripherals, but now with the goodwoods set ordered I can't wait to get back. I would recommend them to anybody because they are going to be compatible with rb2 whenever that comes out.

no because of the hefty price tag.

Honestly, I wish I could afford them. But I can't so no.
It's one thing to spend a few bucks on DLC here and there, but another to drop an extra $200 for a controller that will only work for one game.

I'm buying them. But how can you possibly know that they are compatible with RB2 when it hasn't even been designed yet? They could introduce a 15 pad drum kit for all you know. I love the look of the Goodwood kit and got my place on the list for the initial run, but it doesn't do anyone any favours to make wild claims for them that you can't back up.
Edit: I'm not saying it won't be compatible, just saying that until RB2 has actually been designed and released, nobody knows what peripherals will work with it.

I'm buying them. If they turn out to be as sturdy as they look, it could be a money saver in the long run. When my current kit goes, I will have to buy a new one. If that breaks after 2 months, I would have to buy another, running me at a cost already higher than the GoodWoodMods drums. They look amazing and I can't wait to get mine.

glad to see you recommend a product you don't yet have with a feature that does not yet exist.....
i'm sure they are going to be good, after all cena hasn't really led us astray yet but how can you honestly recommend anything you can't verify yourself? It's like telling somebody to go and buy the playstation three2 or xbox720, or the nintendo yipii (these dumb console names doing anything for ya?) you really can't recommend the drums themselves as you can recommend the video or actual reviews of them you saw, since you have no connection with the actual product......
anywho, yeah they probably will be good, then again my current drums work fine for me too.... I also like the compatibility with rock band 2, nice feature to make up..... that would assume that ALL the drums would then work with RB2, though its not as if thats a huge feature since the other rb drums would then be compatible too... if this was a big deal shouldn't we expect everything else to be different in rock band 2? i guess im chucking my guitar since it won't be compatible, might as well ditch my normal console controller while im at it, waiting to get a special one that will be compatible with the exact same things I own....
