Wannabe Rock Band Stars Wanted
"IGN UK is looking for the best virtual rockers to play Rock Band in front of thousands and walk away with the ultimate prize."
It seems that over the next week or so IGN UK will be looking for the best Rock Band players to form a band and represent IGN UK at a gig taking place in London's Trafalgar Square as part of EA's London Games Festival event. The details to sign up are in the article here:

It sounds pretty cool to me, I wish I was over near london I would totally want to sign up for it. They are picking 20 people at random, 5 for each instrument, and will test you on how well you play. The top 4 people not only get to perform at EA's London Games Festival event but all four of them also get full versions of Rock Band (Thats game, drums, guitar times two and microphone). Anyone who wins this would be extremely lucky.
I wish they would do some contest like this over in the states, but hey I guess we get the tour, which is amazing. Good luck to anyone here that actually can sign up!
PS - This better not be the IGN Rock Band update for today, I don't think it is though.
