Anyone getting Pro Street? Personally this game has impressed me greatly. I had lost all hope after Carbon which I thought was so bleh. However, watching the videos for Pro Street and their emphasis on racing and not running from cops, I became impressed. The customization looks absolutely neato.

They wanted to get a little more simulator-like with it, but thats fine, because from the looks of it they are still retaining most of the feel of the previous NFS. Real time damage, and performace affecting damage and auto-sculpt, hell yes please. Plus the Chevelle is back and that is my favorite muscle car of all time.

Keeping an eye on this one myself. I really enjoyed Most Wanted, and really hated Carbon. I like arcade racers, though...if they get too Forza-like I'll give it a pass.

Less emphasis on evading the police? That was the funnest part of Most Wanted. Bummer.

I dont think theres any way they will go Forza style. I think its basically going to be a more realistic NFS Carbon as far as gameplay feels.

I've been looking at Pro Street for awhile, the last NFS game I actually liked was Underground 2. Most Wanted was the best for running from cops though. I just like the customization in NFS and the fact that you can destroy your vehicle rather than using walls to your advantage like in previous games.
