I didn't say they're bad - I like almost all music. I'm just surprised to see A7X be as popular as it is.

A7X has been a popular band for a long time. Just like a lot of other bands some people like them some people don't. Its just a personal oppinion. As HMX said

I dont like them much as a band, but as a Rock Band .....band, i definitely like them. Fun guitar, drums, and bass....singer is annoying to me though. But Beast and The Harlot was awsome in GH2, and by the sound of these 2 songs, they will be really fun to

i actually agree with that....... it sounds like they'll be good for the game (and difficult) but I wouldn't listen to them outside of rock band, like i heard some guy say about oasis

I've liked A7X for a while now and I love high energy, fast guitar riffs, and all over the place drums so thats why I love them :D

I agree with the original poster. Most of the time I can be like "Oh I see why people like this band but I just don't like that about them." Unfortunately I will listen their songs and i'm just perplexed. Everything they do, other bands do better or more effectively at least.

Bat Country is a good song and I'm afraid thats where it ends for me. I just can't understand why people like them. They just aren't a good metal band. They should take a page out of Godsmacks book and just become a rock band.

Because they have a VERY wide range of sound, and ALOT of talent

Why wont anyone want too REALLY recognize them for the talent they have? because they are not on there last leg, they are still in there prime, of course. Do you think people said "OH MAN EDDIE VAN HALEN IS ONE OF THE BEST GUITARISTS EVER!" in there prime? no not really, ya alot of people said they liked them, but not until they where out for a long time and released alot of material did alot of people start saying that.

i can tell you right now, if a7x stays together for awhile longer, they will go down as one of the best bands of this generation and of all time (yeah, you people who like older music and think its the best, whatever.... this will be hard for you to choke on, but why not since your choking on other things as well?)

There sound doesnt really mimic any other band out there, and they are fairly creative and unique, while also mantaining somewhat of a technical side. (There highlight being there guitarist Synister gates).

My reason for liking them? Because i love a variety of music and a7x has it, and because i just love everything about them, the guitars, the bass, the solos, the drums, but especially M.Shadows Vocal work. He just makes it sound right, he tones everything just right, too me his lyrics always fall into place, and i love the emotion of the lyrics and the content!

and most people that dont like a7x dont like them because of M.Shadows. go figure.

creative and unique =/= talented. At least not necessarily.
I can bang on a bunch of stuff I find around my house and yell into a tape recorder, and while that may be unique or creative, it definitely doesn't mean I have any talent.

I don't care for M. Shadows' voice much either, but I still think he's a brilliant vocalist and lyricist as far as talent goes. And I love the guitar and drum work in A7X songs.

Everyone has their different taste in music, and different opinions....However, A7X is good and widely-liked because their music is different. Some people like it, and others don't. I'm not into heavy metal and all that a whole lot, but I really like listening to their music. And who here said that these guys aren't talented? You're kidding, right? Listen to a few tracks....they're definitely talented, on top of being creative and unique. If you don't like them, that's your opinion.

It was my battle cry all through my senior year. Me and my buddies would play starwars in the hall, where we used imaginary force powers to force push each other into lockers and people, and when we started a battle, one of us would always yell Leeroy Jenkins. Yeah we still do this. Yeah, we're like 20 now. Yeah, we play wow. Yeah, we like star wars. Yeah, out of 8 of us, 6 are virgins. So what?
