Pretty simple really, i'd like to know your opinions on which to get
NHL 08 (EA'S) or NHL 2k7, as i would respect any yankie veiws on
this matter(after all its your sport) any responses would be appreciated.

I Usually go with the EA titles, lately they've been making decent games and they're getting better. For awhile they were going down hill. But Skate. and a few other games are just simply amazing.

2K does have some awesome games though. I liked NFL2K series better than Madden. I'd say go with the 2K!

After Fight Night Round 2, I am a fan of EA

Fight Night is a great game no doubt. But the NHL/NBA/NFL games have a completely different control scheme and gameplay.

I hate hockey games. Don't like the contols, don't like the gameplay. My friends love it though. I would suggest EA though. I like their other games so their hockey one is probably good too.

Yes because the PS2 games have none of the next-gen features with 2K8 costing $20 and 08 costing $40,NHL 2K8 is better on PS3 and NHL 08 is better on 360 and I have no idea what either game is like on PS2.
