My school actually does do an Oktoberfest dinner. But I like to celebrate it by drinking lots of beer!

Oh...I'll drink, but that doesn't necessarily count as celebrating it.

The only Oktoberfest celebration where I live is run by the local Senior Center, and marketed accordingly. It's also horrendously expensive. I just stay at home and drink instead.

The way I see it, if you drink on the day of, it's practically like celebrating it.

Not really. Just cause you drink on Monday, does that mean you celebrate it? In which case, everyday is a celebration!

Sam Adams had their Oktoberfest last month at a function hall in a Castle not far from Boston Commons. It was awesome!

My gf and I also went to Harpoon's Oktoberfest the last weekend of September, which was at the Harpoon Brewery in the South End of Boston. It was okay.

Gotta love the Oompa bands though!

EDIT: I forgot to mention the bratwurst that came up at the end of the night lol :X

everyone knows the answer to that question; duh. of course you do. celebrate your life, celebrate that next fattie your going to pork, celebrate not having any professional sports teams in your state, celebrate having children with a different skin pigment than your own (or your ladies), and the best news? all of these things could happen on a monday! **** yeah! might as well throw in an oktoberfest or two. I for one am not going to any "quote"unquote" celebrations but everyday I celebrate loose beer and cheap women. or is that the other way around? I dont think it really matters because with one you get the other. just like with drinking you get oktoberfest. now, go dress in your sunday plaid and do the chicken dance for us all. Ill slip dollar bills between your feathers. bccckkkkaaawww!
