60 day warrenty for drum petal?

I bought rock band when it was released in November. Since then I have gone through 3 drum sets (finally got a very good one) and 2 guitars. When my bass pedal finally snapped after nearly 7 months of use I just assumed I would be shipped a new one like I had done with the other RMAs.

I see now that they have changed the hardware RMAs to a 60 day limited warrenty though? Or have I just not seen this before? I am very confused as to how I would go about obtaining a new pedal since I bought the game much longer then 60 days ago. Do I have to buy a whole new drum kit or what?

They didn't just change the Warranty period, it's been 60 days since you bought the game. Look in your game manual and you'll see this at the back:

I believe there's a "Blockhead Hit Kit" that comes with a pedal for like $20. Search around the web and I'm sure you can find it.
