Yeah, I have it and receipt.
Is this just to make sure that its real. Cause I got Rock Band on release day. Also, what about the lady who told me HERSELF she was going to send it out?

It's to make sure you're within the 60 day Warranty period, which if you bought the game on release day back in November, you're not.

Call them again and ask for the person's supervisor. Go as high as you need to until you get clear answers. Yeah it sucks, but that's probably the best way to get this settled. Don't get too loud with them or they may just hang up on you. Remember to tell them how long it took for these to break, how long you've been waiting for this replacement, and that you have had them replaced before. Also mention the confusion between the person and the e-mail. Keep going up the ladder until someone can help you. Lower level employees may not have authorization to fix things. Just try not to sound obnoxious when you ask for their superiors. If you explain the situation properly, I would hope they would give you a replacement.
Good luck. :)
