Guitar Hero 1+2 Songs in the game?

Is there a possibility that songs featured in GH 1 and 2 would be able to be used in rockband? was just thinking about how awesome some of those songs like sweet child o' mine and ace of spades among others would be to play with this game. I honestly wouldn't mind if songs from GH1 and 2 were used in rock band.

Why the hell would you want to play the same songs you've been playing in the previous games again? I can't think of a more boring thing to put in this game than songs we've already seen and mastered.
