Unresponsive Green Pad - HELP!

The green pad on my drum kit has been unresponsive for the past week, and I've been researching on what could have gone wrong. Haven't found anything. But yesterday I found out that there is this green wire in the pad that has been disconnected. I attempted to put it back in the little circular thing with the white wire, but it is still unresponsive. I have a 360 if it makes a difference.

A picture would help a TON. My guess is that you're talking about the lead to the piezo, and it came loose.

if there's a loose wire, and your warranty is valid, I might ponder taking them up on the offer.

Otherwise, if it's my guess, you'll need to order a new sensor, or have someone solder the lead back on for you.
