Now that I've been browsing here for a while, I'm finding that I seem to seek out posts by certain members, because I like the way they present themselves.

For example, I generally find that I agree with posts by Electric Zen or Bakkster. Same with Marty McFly and he's pretty funny to boot.

Eman and a couple other folks always seem to have the cutting edge news annoucements with crazy speed.

On the Harmonix staff, HMXQualityControl always posts absolute gems that are witty, funny, or just plain awesome. (Although newcomer Johnlok is proving awesome as well.)

So, now that this board is starting to get some history under it, who are your favorite board personalities, and why. I find it remarkably refreshing to be here as long as I have and find petty argument minimal and insightful comments plentiful.

Favorite Board Personalities: Bakkster, Marty (Boston FTW), Ibanez Bassist v2 and of course apples.

Plenty of others.

Good people to be found here at the rock band forum.

In terms of HMX, Sean will always be top dog.

Hmmm... I'd have to say:

Dshiz, IbanezBassist, TF5Bassist, Bakkster, Mcfly, MotleyPriest, SA_Nick, Eman311, Xzyliac, Apples and a few others.

Everyone of the people above are pretty layed back, which is cool. I hate going to forums and having 10 year olds freaking out on people for no reason. It's annoying.

Oh, and of course all the HMX team. No sucking up, everyone on the HMX crew seems pretty cool and have a good sesnse of humor. Just a personal opinion of mine.

A lot of the people that frequent these forums, write well thought out posts, and are entertaining are the ones that I like the most. They become respected members in my mind and I find myself looking for their posts. Most of these people end up on my friends list. I don't really want to name any names off the top of my head because I might forget someone, and I don't want someone to feel left out. But if you are writing interesting and meaningful posts then I'm a fan!

As for HMX, of course there is Sean, but I've grown fond off all the HMX employees that post and do blogs for the forums they are all great people and very interesting, and I love that they give us a lot of good insight into themselves and the game.

One thing that makes this forum such a relief compared to others and has kept me here for months (in addition to my addiction to Rock Band news and info) is that there are a lot of great people here, and a huge lack of annoyances in the form of terrible posters.

Is this where we choose our faves? I'm not good at this stuff. But I do agree ElectricZen has some great intellectual posts, he really knows what he's talking about. Eman is just cool sh*t cuz he's from the Boston area, DShiz is really cool (he made my sig, even if you hate it TF5Bassist :p), ThePaska always has good comments, Bakkster knows a crap ton about music and instruments that's for sure, IbanezBassist for his smart ass remarks :),

Also, props to SmokaCola, LithiumKC, SA_Nick, MotleyPriest, Mobhit101, Xzyliac, all really cool dudes. I'm sure there's others, just can't think of em all!

Oh yea, can't forget Gh2masterwellalmost :D

Last, but not least, the HMX crew and RB forum mods :)

Daesania, Saltines, Raider, IbanezBassist, LithiumKC, sa_nick, sushi, Xyliac (sp?), and DShiz are the coolest people (that post often) here, in my opinion. I agree with nearly everyone here, but I agree with these people the most often.

And why not mention Rev0lver and Battle Axe, always sparking up the most interesting of flame wars with people.

Joigga is an interesting character, with the countless useless threads.

Xzyliac is like, my main dude on this board. Props, bro

GH2 Master is certainly very entertaining. Always seems to be followed by trouble whenever he made a thread.

And an honorable mention to all the hardcore My Chemical Romance thread who gave me the hundreds of PM's flaming me how much they rule (They don't...), and I suck for not liking them.

Seriously, I have a blast on these forums. EVERYONE (pretty much) is very cool and it really is a joy pouring over this forum every single day. I look forward to many more days of hanging out here even long after RB has been released and taken over the world!

Also, mad props to Apples for that amazingly kick ass banner and to Sean for just being plain bad ass :D

I like everyone here, I dont have a problem with anyone really. Apples, thank you for modderating everything. HMXSean is just one BAMF. I havent really met the any of the other HMX people here on the forum but they are probably cool as hell too.

And really anyone who has posted in this thread already, you are all cool peoples. Joigga, hes one crazy kid. GH2, hes got some interesting characteristics, not a bad thing. So yeah...anyone that I have really ever talked to on here goes down as cool in my book. All are humans (I think), all have opinions and feelings. Its all about respect for one another. The more love and respect, the better this world gets!

Akaymay was the first person here I liked. Then when I began blogging Apples totally caught my attention. When I left Setlist and noticed General got speed I met Amy, Nick, Motley, Marty, and Battle Axe who are all great. In theory Battle Axe is a pain in the ass but a good pain. Like rape.

Then I went to the Rock Band board and met a ton of cool people. Sushi, Reaper, Eman, Phirmos, Ibanez, Masterx, and many more.

The only Setlist poster I liked who wasn't a douche was WingsOfSteel.

And HMX, duh!

Usually isnt anyone on during the day, night time everyone is on. It is buggy right now as Salt mentioned, it'll show no one in there but there are. Usually Me, salt, raider, amy, nick, seno, are the main people in there.

This one just throws me off... An M4A1 is an M16 based off the A2 variant. I know it's a reference to something else, but an M4A1 isn't a crossbow. I must have missed the thread where this originally came up.
