After watching this I don't think I'll be able to beat it first try, or second even... but I definitely think I'll beat eventually but I'll probably struggle to 5* it forever... and that's only because I have really bad wrists and I suck at the "endurance songs"

The thing I like about this vs. GH2's Jordan is that the solo's note charts seem logically ordered and arranged... instead of "random wall of notes" like solo B in Jordan.

The thing I don't like is that for all of GH3 they made every SP phrase into an SP sentence. Way difficult to get star power when every section is a freaking mile long.

Plus the droves of triple chords just irriate the hell out of me. Artifical difficulty inflation. And that GYO chord is the biggest gimmick I've ever seen in my life... should have just gone all out with the GRBO "Spock" chord.

I'm one of the few that actually likes DragonForce, Blind Gaurdian, Lordi... They have the same kinda sound to them and I personally think it sounds good. As for this song being hard... Eh, not really. After playing the demo and seeing how easy the Ho/Po are in this game i'm really not worried about this song kicking my ass.

I noticed that yesterday. I was playing and EVERY time the note streak thing hit, I thought I had star power. I would tilt and nothing would happen. It really is hard as hell to get it.

I find it pretty funny that Activision can't even tell the difference between a guitar and a keyboard...

(If you didn't get that, there were notes when the keyboard was playing, and not the guitar)

It's going to be more of an endurance test, but I've got forearms, wrists, and fingers like Popeye. And I think we all know why :p jk

I'm torn on the Guitar/Keyboard thing. I know it's pretty lame, but it does make the song look epic. Also, Frankenstein was different because they recorded a cover playing all of thsoe parts on guitar. This is a master track, so you can clearly tell that your palying keyboard. The GYO chord is pathetic. There's probably a 5-button chord in this game somewhere.

This is what happens when you hire those weird "extremist" types who make stupid hard GH2 customs make the game. It starts being unfair. GH4 WILL have at least one 4-button chord, if not a 5-button one. Welcome to the end.

The opening IS a acoustic guitar. If you listen closely in the actual song you can very easily tell that it is classic acoustic picking.
