Hi,
So my pedal broke, I went on the ea tech support site, gave my address info and my credit card number for express service (and I think I don't have a choice since I'm in Canada)
I received the new pedal, but did not receive a return box or return sticker. The lady at the counter said some other guy also had the same issue.
I just need confirmation here that I don't need to send back my broken pedal.
Can someone confirm this for me please?

Call EA and tell them your problem. They will probably just tell you to keep it.
On an aside, Did they ask you for a copy of the bill? I called custmer service to have mine replaced as well and they told me i need to prove when i bought it. The CSR said it was only warrantied for 60 days from purchase which sounds like BS since they are all breaking.

They did not require proof of purchase at the time that I did this.
I searched but could not find what number to call. Would you happen to have it handy?
