i dont have a scanner so i cant scan my receipt and dont want to PO box it, so can I just go into walmart with the receipt and tell them hey return this. and no i dont have the box anymore.

Most likely not. Working at Gamestop, we were instructed to not take any peripherals back whatsoever. However, since it's Walmart, it may not be beyond the realm of possibility for you. I'd say give it a shot.
