One of the most entertaining features in the guitar hero series is "the store". As you progress through your career, it's entertaining to build up a bankroll and purchase all the songs, guitars, and accessories in your collection. Sure, most of the unlockables are fluff, but fluff is fun!
Although it's obviously too early to speculate on all the features of rock band, I had to wonder if "the store" will be making a re-appearance and if so, what unlockable fun things would you like to see? A few items which I thought of:
A Buckethead-themed character model
A "hellish" guitar model with animated flames coming off of the strings.
An unlockable venue which is unique, like Stonehenge from GH2.
More "behind the scenes" videos and concept art.
I also think it would be fun to see the concept of unlockables expanded. Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance introduced "the krypt" which was an elaborate unlock store of over 700 items. Many of the unlocks were nothing more than concept art and videos, but they were interesting and fun to collect. I think it adds a lot of replay value having additional content to discover.
