Seems like you guys don't get much appreciation for what you did for Wii owners to bring Rock Band experience to them [including me].

So, thanks for it! It is a really fun game and my family is enjoying it.

Getting people together to play the game should be fun on any system. Quickplay is better anyway cause everyone gets bored of Say it ain't so at some point...

Some people think the game is great on the Wii. Such as the people in this thread.

Some people think the game is not so great on the Wii.

Since the game is now on its third day of release for the Wii you can find many opinions on this forum about Rock Band and the Wii game system.

What is that supposed to be, some kind of epic soliloquy?

Glad you like it. It may not be as 'fully featured' as the other versions, but if you've never had the other versions well...you can't miss something you never had now can you? It's an awesome game, you might want to start googling for some replacement pedals or ways to strengthen the stock one, and possibly ways to increase the sensitivity of your drums. Have fun!:D

I agree. I've already had more fun with Rockband than I have with GH3... I would like to go on the record, as a Harmonix fanboy who only has time for one console nowadays (gone are the days when I purchased a PS2 just for Frequency) saying that I do hope that when Rock Band 2 comes out for the Wii, that it does so in a timely manner, and has as many features like DLC and custom characters as you can fit in.

I re-iterate. I'm having a great time with it. The on-disc setlist is incredible...

I understand that at the time the game was in development, the Wii was an afterthought. When it hit big, you had to scramble to make RB fit the system and the tools availible at the time meant that the game could not include DLC. I do hope, if what Activision says is true about their breakthroughs with the Wii, that we do get a version of RB2 that is competitive in features to the big brethern with scaled graphics.

Common HMX. I really want to give you money for DLC, but it isn't worth the cost of a Xbox/PS3 for me.

All said, thanks for the game. It's a blast. I hope the next one is ever better.

i played it at a friends house, and it is extremely good for the wii.

the drumset is probably the best out of the stock kits. it has a great bounce to it.

I don't know if the guitar issue is the same deal as it was on the PS3/360 but the USB dongle is kinda funky. Using the Wiimote for power/communication would have made more sense.

It's been said a million times, but geeze. Fix the compatibility issues. It's in everyone's best interest!
