The Shred List

My friend and I have decided to learn how to shred on guitar.
But....we don't know many songs that involve shredding.

What I need is a list of a bunch of shredding songs, and it would be great if they could be ranked by difficulty in a sort of Rock Band tiers.

Just look up some good shredding guitarists. Michael Angelo Batio, Yngwie Malmsteen, and Joe Satriani are good choices.

Oh yeah look up the band "Loudness" as well....some serious shredding going on there as well.

Shawn Lane! Fastest shredder I've ever heard. Yea Michael angelo is fast, but he gets boring pretty quick.
