Because you gotta flip the little levers over to hold them in place.

when u adjust the height there is a flapping thing on the pack of each plastic pipe connecting the metal rods to the base, flip those to the other side after u adjust the height and it will stay.

just jam something in between the poles or use tape to keep it up. You can find ways.

. . .

I am wondering one thing, what is the motivation behind this post? Is it to get criticism on how to make a better video of yourself playing a video game? is it to get tips on gameplay based on more experienced players observing you play? is it to get a little positive feedback for attention/self-esteem boost?

i definitely understand the joy you get playing this game and even after 7 months of playing i still want to share that experience with others. Often, however, that doesn't translate well in a video.

Game videos can be great! There are a number of guys here that post videos to show off the new song charts when they are released, to show particularly good achievements (100% Gold star on very difficult songs as an example), to review a new piece of hardware or mods (see Cenachaingang's reviews), to show a really cool Rock band themed party they had, or just to be silly/funny/entertaining. I recommend to keep making videos. Hone your skills, find a niche or purpose for the videos and keep making them. I wouldn't release them, however, until you find something you personally think you would enjoy watching online.
