Can you hear the singer when online?
I could have sworn I head a singer last night say.
“Can you beitches hear me?”

In general, the vocalist's voice is muted, but the singer can push one of the triggers (on the 360 anyway) and their voice will transmit online for a short period of time.

However, there's no point pressing that trigger during a song, as your vocals will play to everyone else later than the music.

^not true, i play on 360 and have had no problems at all. Everytime i play band quick play i hear the singer and theres no lag whatsoever. Maybe its your TV that needs to be caliberated.
So to let others hear you sing, you sing into the mic while holding onto a controller as well?

Every time I've played with someone online who held the trigger, it was signficantly delayed.

I tried it, and it made the game lag, but at the end the vocals were mixed up... would be cool if you could do it though, but since i am not a good singer, i guess it is good that they can't hear me!

almost every time i play online in a band the singer chooses to sing as well, its hillarious and i absolutely encourage it since it makes the experience better.
