I am currently trying to figure out if this includes the Microsoft XBox 3 year warranty, or if that doesn't hold for these refurbished products. The deal seems almost too good to be true.

I'm guessing since it's the 3 red rings(if that happens) you'll be covered, but I'd ask Buy.com to be safe :)
