Downloaded Songs are Unavailable Error!! Help!!

I've downloaded every song that came out for RB, but I had to upgrade my hard drive on my PS3. I tried redownloading my downloaded songs, but everytime I try to play them, an error would show up saying that my downloaded song is no longer available and the game cannot proceed without it. I've already tried to redownload my songs a few times and don't want to keep trying to figure out how to get em to work. I don't want to pay for them again. Please help!!
