Detroit were last year's playoff darlings, and they folded like a lawn chair in the series, so I don't count the Rockies' momentum for anything in the series.

IMHO this series will go at least 6. It may take another MVP style run from Beckett to give the Sox a chance (pitching 3 games on short rest or similar)

As much as I hate all the greedy and stupid things MLB baseball does, a 7 game series between evenly matched teams has good drama. And the Sox are total drama queens with their "can't get to the World Series without game 7's" nonsense that they've done. :D

I dislike both teams, but Im going to have to go for the Red Sox (even though I like the Yankees :p )because I dont even know where the Rockies are from.
