Hello everyone. About two months ago my drum pads broke, so I sent in my drums to be replaced mid-May. However, it's been a month-and-a-half and I still don't have my drums!
I received a tracking number about two weeks after I sent my drums off - but it still says 'Received Billing Information' - so they still have not delivered my drums back. I would think that by now they would at least be on the way.
I'm not sure what to do. I'm concerned that maybe something went wrong (maybe my delivery got lost or is sitting in the back of a warehouse somewhere, forgotten).
I was trying to find an EA technical support phone number but I did not find it. I am not sure what to do now though.
Any help would be nice, and greatly appreciated.

If it still says Received Billing Info, I'd probably suggest calling the delivery service first (sometimes they'll have more information within their network than what the site suggests) then the rep should be able to advise as to what to do next.
