I already reserved RockBand 2 at GameCrazy!!!!!

Just wanted 2 pass the word.....i went into GameCrazy to buy GH:Aerosmith 4 the wife and the manager asked me did i want to reserve RB2......Hell Yeah i reserved it! but he didnt have a release date or a price for it.weird???well just wanted to pass this little nugget of info onto the masses!

I tend to do that roughly half an hour before I know a game's shipment is going in.... as long as I pre order before like 10 minutes the gamestop by me has always just given me the first copy out of the box :D

It's pointless to reserve stuff now a days. There are so many stores that sell games it would almost be impossible to not get a new game on the day it comes out.

It's a trick by gamestop, eb and gamecrazy just to get you to buy stuff from them.

yeah but realize its not really info, at least I hope you don't think it is. I mean heck in november you can pre order the next years madden, its a way for companies and stores to inflate numbers, ive seen it on a few games that never came out and they end up just giving you your 5 bucks back (some places still had a halo 4 reserve!)

I hear what you're saying, but the closest EB to us is in what their head office considers a low-traffic area. As a result, they usually only get enough of new release stuff to cover their pre-orders, and don't get another shipment for about a week.

I'm probably going to check with them tomorrow to see if RB2's on their list. It'll be a very worthwhile 5 bucks to put down.

that does stink, i forget how lucky i am sometimes, i think there is roughly 5 gamestops in a 15 minute drive for me, plus a few best buys, targets, and other stores that sell games.... and ITS THE SAME HOMETOWN AS BON JOVI'S! (well at least 50 percent current residence, he goes back and forth between middletown and ny I think is the other) :D
