View Full Version : Question about New Warranty and Pending Replacement

Hi,

About a week ago my yellow drum pad went out (again) and I went to EA support site to get a replacement on its way out to me, and I saw that a new warranty policy had been implemented where they check the receipt before completing the replacement, a receipt which I did not have. But THANKFULLY Harmonix and EA are starting up replacements again until October, so I'm here to ask about the pending request I have.

Will it automatically be processed or will I have to get a hold of someone and ask them to cancel and fill a new replacement order since the new policy did not go into effect until today? Thanks a lot!
