Wireless Microphone

Hi everyone. I was wondering if there is a way to use a wireless microphone with Rock Band on the PS3. I've read where you can use a wireless headset, but I want an actual handheld wireless microphone. Has anybody ever accomplished this or do you know how I can do it.

And I have done this mod to mine after reading his post and it works great and sounds a lot better!

Just remove the RB Mic, and add an XLR connector. Then use any wireless MIC you choose.

You can also get ONE OF THESE (http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/MXL-Mic-Mate-XLR-to-USB-Mic-Interface-WPhantom-Power?sku=270707) and skip the RB mic cord mod altogether.

while i appreciate your input, the biggest point of the mod is that its so damn cheap.

44 bucks... TOTAL.

unless you buy a mic stand too.
