Can't hurt to put this info up now, in case any forumites wanna start getting their friends lists prepped for online play.

Assuming anybody wants to play with me after my diatribes about BWT mode.. :) My XBL gamertag is, oddly enough, HeXcoda. Feel free to add me. I'll also have GH3, and I've got a slew of XBLA games to poke at online.

Setup's a Sony XBR2 40" LCD, 1080P. Not that it helps much on a 360, but hey.

I'm a grad student, but I splurged after finishing undergrad last December, while working/waiting for grad school to start. Luckily I get paid a ridiculous amount to do research while in school, so I can afford RB. Otherwise I'd cry.

My living room is pretty empty right now, because I spend most of my time reading for class. Once Rock Band comes out, I might do something to fancify the place. My roommate loves Elvis, so I let her hang that picture up. I suppose I can always look over to him for inspiration while rocking out in the future.

http://i229.photobucket.com/albums/ee33/toefer/setup.jpg

And while cleaning up my camera card, I came across this picture from back in the summer, after I got Bill Clinton to say hi and wave. I was fascinated by the amount of security. A few seconds after this picture, that SUV was speeding away across an open field, with other SUV's surrounding it on all sides. Kind of crazy to see.

Didn't you say you were from the 'Cuse? Where was the Clinton pic taken? Looks like a college commencement. I met Bill at the Fair a couple of years back and he is a genuinely nice guy. I don't get the typical politician-vibe from him.

On the topic of setups and gamerooms....I have the greatest wife in the world and she went along with the idea that I NEEDED the above posted setup. It's in my gameroom (which I call the Mancave, LOL) where I painted the walls NY Yankee midnight blue with various Yankees and SU memorabilia hanging on the walls. She's very supportive of my habits/hobbies. Now I just gotta get her hooked on Guitar Hero/Rock Band.

Yeah, I consider Syracuse home, but between August-May each year for the past few years, I've been in Chapel Hill, NC for college/grad school. The Clinton thing was from the RIT commencement, which I went to because my friend loves Clinton, and wanted someone to go with him. Clinton was scheduled to meet with the families of the students from the National Institute for the Deaf (which my friend's brother was graduating from, and is part of RIT) but that never happened, so we never got the closer meeting with him.

A couple Halloween's ago, I went Trick-or-Treating (as a 21 year old), in a really rich neighborhood down here in Chapel Hill, to collect food donations for a local food shelter. One house happened to belong to John Edwards, and he invited my friends and me in, to sit around and talk for a while. He was surprisingly down to earth, for being a politician, and I can imagine Clinton being similar. And on a side note, he didn't give us any food donations. Yes, that's right. John Edwards doesn't really care about poor people.
