Continuing a Band on a different PS3.

My friend and I both have PS3. He does not own Rock Band, I do. We started a band using my PS3 and copy of Rock Band. If I bring the disc and the instruments to his house, is there a way to retrieve the band data my PS3so that we don't have to start from scratch? Do I need to simply log into his PS3 with my user ID and password? Do I have to copy info off of my hard drive somehow? Has anyone else tried this?

You can't log into your account from someone else's PS3.

Contrary to what ohnoitsmatto said, you CAN log into your account from someone else's PS3 and even download any DLC you bought on up to 5 individual PS3's by doing so.

However, there's no way to move/recover your band, characters, unlockables, or scores onto another PS3. People who have had their PS3's replaced due to hardware issues have been frustrated with this fact to no end.

You'll have to start from scratch.
