Below are my predications, hopes and what I generally feel like could/should be added as the remaining seven tracks for Rock Band.
When viewing these songs, please note that this is based on the current set list and adds to parts I feel may be lacking or could be improved upon. Yes, I do like all of these songs, but that wasn?t the consideration when coming up with this list. It was to find a balance for all types of Music, tastes and opinions. This list hopefully caters to everyone from 50 Years old to 10 Years old from boys and girls to men and women. I.e. The general public
Lastly, and most importantly please note that major/obvious bands were not included simply due to possible lack of licensing, etc. Examples of this include but not limited to Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Michael Jackson (Beat it) and Tool.
1. (1967, 2:30) The Doors - The Doors - Break on Through (To the other side)

4. (1978, 3:35) Van Halen - Van Halen - Runnin' With the Devil

Isnt This Considered A Setlist?

I don't believe so. It's what I predict is being added to the game from Harmonix. Search "prediction" and you'll find numerous prediction threads going on within the Rock Band section of the forums, and not in the Ultimate Set List area.
On a side note, I would easily have suggested Queen as well, but I'm hoping it will be a big DLC deal with queen and not just one song added to the retail disc. Again, these songs above are songs I think might be included on the Retail Disc based on already announced songs.

Ahh, lol.. not even one you like? How about a band, maybe there's a band you like just not the song? :)

Im not saying, please include Achilles Last Stand! Please include some AC/DC!
I'm trying to guess the remaining seven unannounced songs, that it is all. My set list would be quite different, as it would include Led Zeppelin, Tool and many others that more than likely will never see the inside of a video game like this.

According to my interpretation any unconfirmed speculation, guessing, wanting, wishing, or hoping relating to song selection is an ultimate setlist topic.
And yes that includes predictions. ;)
Sex and Candy I haven't heard in a long long time. Next we'll be pulling out the Fastball and Smashmouth. :D

I read "The Rules" in the Rock Band section and didn't see anything related to what you quoted, but I will take your word for it! Also, when I search "Prediction" there are quite a number of threads in the Rock Band section that have stayed/are allowed to stay. Seems like those could/should be moved as well! Keeps you busy at least ;)

I really REALLY think the Incubus song "Priceless" would be an AMAZING addition to this game. It hits every instrument perfectly. Crazy drum beat, great vocals and an amazing solo!

For your convenience Apples, here are 'The Rules' as posted by HMXSean:
The Rules
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
- Don't post anything that is racist/sexist/creedist...basically stuff that is just meant to offend people. I think we've all been on boards like that and it generally sucks. This could get you banned for a few days or banned permanently based on the seriousness of the offense.
- Just generally watch your language.
- Don't post anything copywritten, or post links to hacks or stolen music/videos/books/anything. Keep in mind we are making a game here and we have partnerships with companies that will make our game awesome that could be adversely affected by that sort of thing. We want to maintain those relationships and make an awesome game for you. This will get you banned. Probably permanently.
-No spam. No one likes spam. No one is going to buy your 1/2 price pharmaceuticals, your opinions on penny stock garbage, or your inane spam poetry of random words. First of all it isn't rock, second of all it is the worst possible way to advertise to a person. This is an immediate permanent ban and we will forward your weird foreign IP to the appropriate parties. We may also have a party at your house when you aren't there and break your stuff.
-Just say no to console wars. It is beneath all of us to track that mud in here.
-Have fun and start networking. This is imperative.

I agree! Incubus would be a great addition. I actually forgot about them when trying to figure out the remaining 7 songs. Not sure which one I'd remove from the list.. probably Sex and Candy, but I'd like to see either 'Dig' or 'Oil & Water'. :)

From those bands, what songs would you have suggested? My obvious inclination was to go with Panama for Van Halen, but if you listen to Runnin' with the Devil enough you'll see it's great for all parts of the bad, where Panama has alot of spoken words and it's repetitive. Still sick ass song tho! :)
