If theres one feature I want to see in Rock Band 2 its if you could go to a stuido in world tour mode and record a album. Then you could make a cover and stuff and see it with the list of songs you picked and played on the cover. It sounds a little stupid but it would be cool and more fun than just going from area to area.

Wait, what? I have an idea about what you are requesting, but I'd like it to be more clear.

Makes sense to me. I like it. If nothing more than to do it, and post it online as your personal album.

This was actually an idea I pitched in another thread quite a few months ago.
The way it could work is like this. You pick a setlist of 10 or so songs (traditional number on a vinyl) and go into the studio to record. The background action/animations would be something akin to "One Vision" by Queen (look up the video on Youtube for an example).
After you were done recording you could set up your band for a photoshoot and create an album cover. You could then access the "album" whenever you wanted to play all of the songs live in a row. I think it would be freaking sweet!

They probably wouldn't allow you to record vocals within the game in this manner. It's part of the reason there won't be vocals in GH:WT's studio.
Vocals also take up a lot of space in memory. I do like the idea of more immersive band customization, though. Even something simple like putting your band logo on the front of the bass drum would be nice.

No, I think what he means is a feature for BWT (a feature I pitched a couple of months ago). It would be a setlist. You choose 10-15 songs to be on your "album'. The better you do on each song, the more fans you earn.
