well it is 4 but if someone is picking up the game at 12:00am on the 20th It's kinda like only having to wait 3 days. However if you pick up the game Tuesday morning at like 11:00am it's 4 days and feels like it.

I also count it at being 3 days. Whenever I'm highly anticipating a certain day, I never count the day it currently is, or the day I'm waiting for. Since tomorrow is so far off, that counts as a day. And because the day I'm waiting for is... the day I'm waiting for, that cancels itself out when it comes. For me, today's waiting is torture, but it doesn't count as a day, even if I start it early.
